GUNROX game, chat and forum are intended to provide a warm, friendly atmosphere for the GUNROX community. In order to maintain order and a sense of community, all users should read and follow these conditions. By participating in the game, users are affirming their willingness to comply with these laws. This memorandum has been created to provide you with information about what you can expect here, what is expected of you, and to answer some questions you may have in your use of GUNROX.

GUNROX laws are absolute and unquestioned; they should be completely executed. Law observance is controlled by moderators, who are the authorized law bearers. Moderators can decide if one or another law-breaking has taken place.

Not knowing or forgetting the law doesn't take off the responsibility for its breaking.

Law-breaking with having multiple accounts

Playing both of your characters at the same time or any their interaction with each other.
Providing fake information on accounts logged from the same computer.
Unfair levelling - fighting with characters specially created for that purpose.

Law-breaking with levelling and experience

Fake (predefined) fighting.
Spying or similar activity.
Offering (in game chat or on forum) mutual levelling, predefined winninglosing battle.

Abusive or vulgar language (including hidden*)

Abusive or vulgar language in the game chat.
Abusive or vulgar language on game forum.
Abusive or vulgar language in battle name.
Abusive or vulgar language at profile.
Abusive or vulgar language in nickname.
Sexual harassment.

* Alternate spelling or partial masking of such words will be reprimanded in the same manner as the actual use of them.

Law-breaking with deceiving other players.

Deceiving other players (including cheating while trading, breaking trade conditions, stealing someone's property).
Extortion/blackmailing.

Law-breaking with incorrect registration
Incorrect birth date.
Stating non-existent or somebody else's e-mail.

Law-breaking with moderating.

Deceiving moderator /giving false information or fabricated evidences.
Intentional misleading moderator, hiding or withholding any requested information.
Attempt to bribe moderator.
Insulting GUNROX moderator and/or Administration. Discussions regarding moderator actions
Attempt to force moderators to provide restricted information or to exceed his/her commission.
Obstructing moderators from doing their jobs.

Subversive activity, including use of software errors

Subversion - DDOS-attacks, software errors use.
Character cracking/ larceny.
Posting links to websites with insecure content that could damage one's computer, or websites with content that can illegally obtain the password for one's GUNROX account.
Faking clan rate, game bugs use, hiding such information from GUNROX Administration.

Other law-breakings.

Assaulting and defaming GUNROX Administration, other players and moderators.
Public appeals for changing GUNROX administration or moderation.
Buying/selling, giving away or in any way transferring (as well as attempts to do that) GUNROX accounts or items for real money bypassing the official GUNROX dealing.
Buying/selling items/services non-related with GUNROX for GUNROX services/items.
Sharing accounts between sevaral users, giving away accounts, entering other user's account with or without his consent.
Flood/spamming in game chat/on forum.
Direct and indirect advertisement of clan sites (apart from special forum topics about clans)
Spreading links to websites non-related to GUNROX.
Ethnically, racially or religious offensive, harassing, harmful, hateful, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit.
Begging.
Threatening.

Law-breaking with exceeding moderator commission.

Bribe demanding.
Bribe taking (directly or indirectly taken money, things, other property or benefits in exchange for some activity (inactivity) for benefit of bribe giver or his (her) representative).
Disclosing some restricted information.
Spying (gathering, transferring, stealing any restricted information in prejudice of certain person or any parts of GUNROX project).
Exceeding moderator commission.
Negligence (non-fulfilment or improper fulfilment moderating duties as a result of his/her negligence).
Discussions of moderation in public (on forums or in game chat). If you have any questions about moderation - write your request to support@enkord.com this is the only valid way to discuss moderation.
Possible punishments for law-breakings above:
1. Silencing player.
2. Temporarily or permanent account blocking (banning).
Punishments could be combined or delayed.
